It depends where you're coming from.. if you're coming from Migeum, I'd say take the #51 bus from the stop across the street from KFC and get off just after it turns past e-mart.

If you're coming from another area though, the best I can tell you is to get into a taxi and say "E-ma-tuh". If you aren't close to Jeongja, maybe say "Jeongja E-ma-tuh".

A ton of buses go there: http://emart.shinsegae.com/branch/BRIntroduction03V.asp?JumID=E12 <--it's in Korean, but obviously you can make out the numbers. You'll just have to check which of those buses stop at Jeongja Station the next time you walk by.

There's a "Homever" right outside of Ori Station (two stops away from Jeongja) with a grocery store.

There's a 2001 Outlet outside of Migeum Station (next to Jeongja) with a grocery store.

There's a Lotte Mart at Sunae Station (next to Jeongja)

Sun Mart is located near the Paragon Apartments, right next to a small bookstore. I think its near building 102 or 103.

There are a couple of other smaller grocery stores located in Jeongja, but if you want more selection you're gonna have to take a taxi/bus/subway to either Jeongja Emart, Sunae Lotte, or Seohyun Samsung Plaza.

If you're more comfortable with the subway, go to Samsung Plaza, or if you're feeling adventurous go out of Samsung Plaza and try to find the Lotte Mart, which is only 2 blocks from there.

There is the large Nonghup grocery at Ori station (50 meters south of the intersection as well as a Home Ever (100 meters west).

There is the Lotte department store (grocery in the basement) at Sunae station (above the station - same building).

There are: a large Lotte Mart (1 block from) and a Samsung grocery located above Seohyun station (Samsung Plaza).

There is a Kims club and a Home Ever located across the street from Yatap station.

The E-mart is only about 3500 won by taxi from you.

Time to get out and explore.

bus 49 (green maeul Bus) goes to Emart and Shinsegae.

The train is a long way... you could walk to E-mart near your house.
