Used notebook shops at Son-in Plaza, across the rail yard from Yongsan station.

If you are at Yongsan station, walk out the door, turn right and go to the end of the plaza. You should be looking over the rail yard. (if you see the street, turn around and go back the other way).

You will see a blue building attached by a pedway. To the right of that you will see a large building with a big GIGATECH sign on the side of it. That is Son-in Plaza.

There are several used laptop shops as well as some not too expensive new models (700k-ish). Used ones will have English windows as an option. New laptops - it is negotiable.

You can also get great pricing on new desktops there. (systems starting at 400k including the monitor).

Hello ehsann
you could also try auction.co.kr and danawa.com for used laptops.
http://listings.auction.co.kr/Category/List.aspx?category=01180000&frm=homelayer&sort=16&used=1#Tab

You will have to use IE for that. These sites don't work well in Firefox.
