First of all, I know there's a sticky... awesome.
From everything I've read, you have to get to the consulate before 11:30 and drop off your passport so you can pick up your visa the next day in the afternoon... my employers are absolutely confident that I can still manage to get a visa the next day if I drop off my passport at 1:30.
Has anyone ever gotten a visa the next day after dropping off their passport in the afternoon? |

Yes, several times. In before 3:00 and pick up the next day at 2pm. |
