And I need a good plastic surgeon for a reduction. Can anyone recommend someone in Seoul? I need real advice here, no crap-tastic comments... so PLEASE, if you have any experience getting work done here, let me know. I am a bit freaked as this is a life=long decision.

For some reason I think this was covered on this site recently. As you anticipated, it didn't go well.

To put it bluntly, there's probably not much of a market for breast reduction surgery in Korea.

Supposing you are not trolling, you'd be crazy to have a breast reduction in Seoul. Look at the population here. They're all getting augmentations, so your surgeon will not have had any practice with reduction - which is more complicated. That's an operation you're almost certainly better off having done in the West. After all, you'll have to live with the results for the rest of your life, so you'd better make sure those results are going to be good.

Thailand would be the place to have it done. They have the experience and it's cheap, neither of which applies to Korea.

I've heard that Thailand has excellent surgeons.
That said, I'd recommend that you do your research to find out the best one.
