This thread is for those of you who was told "Lets go get 1 drink with the principal/director" and it ends up being night of drunken mayhem.
I had one of those nights tonight. Right as I walk out of the school my principal grabs me and says "Lets have 1 drink with some teachers. I will pay to show my gratitude for all the hard work done."
4 hours and 20 bottles of soju later, we are all hammered. I'm dreading teaching classes tomorrow. It seems all the smart teachers left right after dinner and the handful of idiots (including myself) decided to stay for the drinkfest afterwards.

| I usually avoid the big 3---dinner, noraebang, hof---but last year I got stuck with the head teacher at a makkoli bar on a weeknight, and got volunteered by him to run in the county 5K. As the only white person in the race I represented all of us well, but still . . . |
