Are those girls ( in the OP's avatar pic ) job applicants for the number one Korean "labor" export to America ? Wink

About the smoking: When I was doing my masters some years ago and was teaching in the university's English Language Institute, the Korean students were constantly getting cited at the dormitory by the resident assistants for smoking in their rooms, in the communal toilets, in the hallways, in the elevator and in the day rooms. Getting caught and warned had no impact on their behavior. Getting brought before the dormitory judicial committee and fined $85 worked a bit better.
