So I've gone and sprained my wrist quite badly and I'll be wearing a splint for at least a couple of weeks. This has really pi$$ed me off cos I was really starting to get a good routine going in the gym and achieving results. I don't wanna lose too much momentum but i accept that I won't be able to do anything for the next two weeks.

What can I do when my wrist starts healing that won't put too much pressure on it? I was thinking cycling, leg stuff like squats and abs. Can anyone make any suggestions for what I could do for chest, shoulders, arms and back??

Thanks

Seriously...sprained wrist. Put a splint on it..Especially when you sleep. Nothing can be done. Jerk off with your other hand. Then when it heals strenthen your wrists/forearms with simple sitting curls (lay your forearms flat on your thighs and roll the weights up). Or follow what the flamers have to say after this post.
