When I cooked for a health food store, the flax seed crackers sold out everyday. We used a dehydrater, but I think you could put them in the oven on very low heat. Soak the flax seeds overnight, just covering the flax seeds with water. The seeds will absorb all the water. Add any assortment of finely chopped vegetables you want. I used parsley, carrots, red peppers, and garlic. Makes the crackers very colorful. Add some salt, pepper, and cayenne pepper. spread the crackers on a baking sheet. If you have a dehydrater all the nutrients will be preserved, but if not, its still a delicious, healthy snack.
