I really enjoyed this note sent to me by my department secretary regarding a delivery to my apartment. It's informative, yet creepy. The fact that she graduated from our English department-- and is now employed by it --should give you an idea of how elite our college is. I kept it because it makes me smile and I enjoy reading it aloud.

Try correcting page after page of homework written in that gibberish. These days when I get something like that submitted to me, I give it back to the student and have them re-do it.

I'll betcha dollars to donuts whoever wrote that chumped off the responsibility and went to dictionary.com for a translation. That's exactly what dictionary.com puts out for Korean to English translations.

That is a website translation if I've ever seen one. I get them all the time in my writing classes. They go to Naver or Babelfish and just cut-and-paste the gibberish translation... all it does is net them a zero.
