for those who don;t know what it's the same as a MIDI keyboard just in the form of wind instrument....i'm not in seoul but i'm near seoul. any ideas on where i can get one?

If you know where Insadong is (just off of Chong-no), that's not far from the biggest midi/music place in the country. The Nakwon building is your most likely place to find midi wind instruments. But expect to pay a LOT more (50% more?) than you would in your home country.

Lemon, thats a great help thanks. prices in SA for equipment like that is pretty steep so i'll probably cut no losses.

But once you're inside Nagwon there are still tons of choices, many many shops selling electronic music gear. I recommend anyone to "Midiland" on the third floor. I teach some people up there for free and get good prices on gear. Ask for Mr Yu and say you know Andy, you might get a better price.
