Is it a road cassette? What are the large and small cog sizes? Also, it might help if you list the helmet and jersey sizes as well.

Sure, Its a road cassette. It's a 14x25 9 speed tiagara. I know 14 is pretty big, but I have some 13s and 12s that are only slightly used I could throw in to make it more standardized. I got it from Excel sports in USA... they sent me the wrong size and then after they realized they made the mistake, sent the right one free of charge.

The helmet is a large but its super adjustable... would work for medium, too.

Jersey fits like a medium.

too bad. I have a head bigger than most koreans, and a gut to match. Plus I ride mountain bikes.
