As a former employee of the Jeonju English Village (JEV) I know without a doubt that you want to stay away from this place. I've kept in touch with former coworkers and they tell me it's gone even farther downhill since I left. Yikes! That's hard to do when you are already starting from such a low point.

Here's the lowdown: The management doesn't listen and is uncooperative, the director is nothing more than a marketing manager, the staff is surly and rude, and the whole organization is wrapped up in the incompetence that so often comes with government-run programs.

In short, keep away!
