We have an apartment for rent in Itaewon, in the neighborhood up near the Hyatt Hotel.
The apartment is great for two people and could accomodate three. We need to move by the end of September, so the apartment will be available from October 1st.

Price: 5 million key, 600K rent / month
The apartment is approximately 20 pyong, or 65m2

- 3 rooms, which can either be set up as 3 bedrooms or two bedrooms and a living room
- Room sizes: 3mx3m, 3mx3m, 3mx4m
- Open kitchen, including an oven, water cooler and all other appliances (fridge, microwave, etc)
- Spacious bathroom
- External laundry room with storage space
- Large storage nook in one of the rooms
- Gated entrance to the building
- Quiet neighborhood, 30s walk from two markets and the bus stop
- 10 minute walk to Noksapyeong Station

The landlord is quite helpful with making repairs and providing furniture. He's given us a large TV and a sofa over the past couple of months and is okay with parties. He'll even come over during some of them! The apartment will come furnished with beds, sofas, wardrobes, desks, TV, etc. One of the rooms also has an air-conditioning unit.

It's a good place to live -- my job has changed, though, so I've gotta move along with it and we must find new tenants.
