know what i mean? they're clear plastic bags that you put your clothes in, and then they reduce the amount of space taken up in your luggage?

where can you buy them in seoul?

i've bought them in home plus. spring for the more expensive model. you won't regret it. i regretted not doing so.

They're quite amazing but remember they reduce volume but not weight. You can quickly get one heavy ass suitcase.

Like mindmetoo said they do not reduce weight so unless you are travelling to NA they are not that much use, damn you guys and your 32kg per bag, most other places get stuck with 20kg total.

why is that? same planes, same number of people per plane

I don't think they save that much room, honestly. They're only worth the hassle if you're packing things that are fluffy or bulky. Otherwise, just roll your clothes. It takes up less space than regular folding and if you do it right, it won't make your things wrinkly. I'm finally putting my years of being a Girl Scout to use!

found 'em at yangjae e-mart, oddly not in the luggage section, they were in around the section where you buy swiffers and other home cleaning products.

brand name = "easy bag". i got the jumbo one for 9,800 won.

I found the vacuum kind really useful, not the roll-the-air-out-kind. I brought a number of sweaters with me...not heavy but very bulky.

E-Mart has them

they're also handy for storing things at home when space is limited. giante fluffy comforters, and stuff like that.
