I just wanted to start a thread for anyone who wanted to discuss this weeks games.

I am curious as to how many people watch games online in Korea. I have watched every Steelers game so far and am expecting the Steelers to win by two touchdowns this week.

I watch every weekend on my Yahoo Game Pass. I don' think Pittsburgh will beat Denver by two touchdowns in Denver; I wouldn't be surprised if Denver was able to pull out an upset. I think this week is a little week for good games, but I will be up all night watching it anyway.

My gut says NE may be in for a loss this week. They have a history of having a tough time winning in Miami.

Injuries have killed my fantasy team, My original lineup was Rudi and Caddy at RB, Marvin and Plaxico at WR and McNabb at qb and Santana Moss at flex. all have stunk up the house being injured except McNabb who has just stunk

What has killed you in the pool isn't just your injuries, it's your IDPs..

Same story year after year!

As a Dolphins fan, I also have hope for a Miami victory over the Patriots. The Dolphins always play the Patriots tough, no matter what. Hell the Dolphins were 5-7 last year when they beat them in Miami 21-0. Yup, that's a goose egg. In fact the Patriots are 2-7 in their last 9 trips to Miami.

Since the Dolphins are already in re-build mode this year *see Chris Chambers being traded to San Diego* I would be happy as a clam seeing the Pats lose their first game of the year in Miami. However, however, and I mean a big however, I have never seen the Patriots play the way have this season. They seem to be clicking on all cylinders. I compare it to watching the Jordan led Bulls, or the Shaq and Kobe Lakers, just fun stuff to watch. So I don't really think my Phish can pull out the upset, but stranger things have happened. Jason Taylor always puts a lot of pressure on Brady, who traditionally struggles against the Dolphins defense. The Dolphins defense is aging though, another reason I can't see the upset. I would like to see young John Beck take over soon. The Dolphins gotta see how good he is in case they need to draft another QB as it looks like they are in line for the first pick.

Last note, the last time the Dolphins started their season 0-6 they won their next game. That was the 2004 season, a season they were 2-11 when they beat the Patriots, in New England, 5 games before the Pats won the Super Bowl. The Dolphins are 0-6 right now...

Chambers to San Diego is a huge pickup for them, IMO. They are starting to get used to their new coaching staff. I am from San Diego so I gotta root for the home town team. (The reason I am a Dolphins fan is a long story involving a childhood Starters jacket, remember those?) They should be able to win the AFC West. The road to the Super Bowl for them is a long one though because they would most likely have to go through Indianapolis and New England to get into the Super Bowl.

The NFC is such a coin toss. Who could possibly come out of there to lose to the AFC champ in the SB? Green Bay, Dallas, the Bears? I think Tampa Bay is playing pretty good and is a dark horse to come out of the NFC. Chicago at Philly has the potential to be an ugly game this weekend, same with St. Louis at Seattle, blech.

The Monday night game should be a good one. Jacksonville trounced Indy at home 44-17 in the last game they played together. Indy is coming off a bye week though and are probably tired of hearing all the Patriots talk and will look to get back into the discussion at the AFC's best. This is the first season I can remember when the media is on their knees in front of Tom Brady instead of Manning, so we'll see if he comes out and makes a statement.

Well, those are my thoughts on this weekend. Kickoff for me is in about 6 1/2 hours, gotta take a nap for the night ahead. Can you tell I am trying to kill time?

Go Dolphins.

Cool

Miami looks good at +17 for anyone who likes to bet. If Ronnie Brown can run the ball, NE will be hard pressed to cover the spread.

I expect the Broncos will win by a touchdown or more over the Steelers.

New England is going to score so many points that Matt Cassell might even get some PT!

Kitna on the other hand will throw 5 TDs and 3INTs in leading the Leos over the formerly-known-as-gay-pirates. Megatron will out TD-catch Optimus Prime 2-1 with Kevin Jones getting the other 2.

I think you might see 100 yard games for both Parker and Davenport today. The Broncos are allowing 187 yards a game on the ground. The Steelers offensive line has made Davenport look like Emmit Smith in his limited playing time. Not to mention that Davenport has out rushed any back on Cincinnati's and Houston's rosters.

damn.

the cards do it to me again....get my hopes up with a comeback...then crush them with a missed FG.

rackers had enough leg to kick a 60 yarder..but pulled it left by a foot.

oh well...can't lose next week.

skins offense not looking good.
