Does anybody know the Korean equivilent of Tylenol PM or Unisom? I'm going home soon and need it for the plane. I don't want any horse tranquilizers or anything. I have to change planes a couple of times and don't want to be completely out of it. I'd like something I can pick up at a pharmacy without a prescription. Thanks! |

I order melatonin on line. Been taking it off and on for years. I have serious sleep issues and it is the only thing that helps that doesn't leave me feeling like a got hit in the head with a baseball bat. I get sleepy go to bed and for me sleep pretty well.
Many naysayers out there but it works for me.

Funny you should ask, as I had to pick up just that thing myself this week:
A over-the-counter couple brands I'm aware of (same ingredients): 아졸 and 아론
Both are 비습관성 수면유도제 (basically, "sleeping aids").
The active ingredient, again in Korean, is 독시라민석시네이트
Print that off and take it into your local pharmacy. Should be no problem. |

I got some Zolunin (or something) from the pharmacist for this purpose. It works well if you've got a clear 9 or 10 hours to sleep it off in a comfortable bed, but I took it on a flight to the UK and it just made me extremely groggy and irritable for 12 hours. |
