Has anyone ever seen a salad spinner for sale in Korea? Back home they are a rather common kitchen tool to have, and recently, with the healthier living craze, salads have become more common ,and the variety of leaves has increased somewhat.
I have kept an eye open for one but never seen. |

I see them around pretty often.
Costco sells one, but it's stainless steel or some kind of metal and heavy.
I've seen them in with the plastic kitchenware items in a variety of different stores, and also in department stores where they sell cheaper plastic goods, usually down near the grocery store area. I think Hanssem Furniture has them in the kitchenware section.
They're pretty expensive, but when I checked the price back home, I was surprised to see they usually cost between $20 and $30, and that's about what they cost here. A Tupperware spinner is $42. Can't imagine why they're so expensive. I'll stick with a $2 towel. |

I've looked around Homeplus and E-Mart, Suwon, and CostCo, Yangjae, but to no avail. If anyone has a specific location, ideally in Suwon, it would be very much appreciated if you could let me know. |

We got our spinner from the Hannam international food market in Seoul. It was about 25000 Won. It's light plastic too and easy to use. |
