Just an fyi mostly. Personally, I love the form factor of the new Ipods, particularly the Ipod touch, but the lack of codec support prevents me from buying one. In any case, the 160gb Classic is something like 375,000 won if anyone is interested.
As for me, I'm looking at the Samsung Yepp-YP-P2 for my next purchase. The big con is that it only has 8gb memory which is pretty weak these days, even for a flash device. Honestly, my next mp3/video player will have a 3 inch screen and at least 30gb of space. The zune would have been an ideal device if it was sold here (and if it wasn't a year old already.) |

My Creative Zen 30gb video player is awesome. I take it on every trip in Korea and it never fails me. I only wish the battery lasted longer than four hours with video playback. You can charge it using USB ports though, so internet cafes come in handy on longer trips. I have the video out cable so when I download movies, if they won't stream to my XboX I load em on the Zen and hook it up to the TV no problem--it plays nearly every video file type
out there. Plus it has a function where you can partition up to 16 GB to use as a flash drive. I'll probably upgrade to the 60 gig for my next purchase. |
