I plan to quit my contract. My manager is okay with it. So I have the resignation letter. To make a long story short, I am switching from kids to adults.
Is it more complicated to get rehired with a new school before the one year contract is up? How does the application process differ from signing a contract in the states or at home? And do employers avoid contract breakers.
I plan to stay in Korea. So it's a matter of going through the process. I just want to know what the process is, and what would make things go smoother.
Thanks |
