i think i managed to cram it all into the title...

i'm working on a project with a colleague back home, and i'm looking for a free or cheap way to share files that will be read, revised, and re-uploaded?

currently we're using a free program from diino.com, and we've looked into a free one from box.net. both seem to be a bit slow and awkward, though. anyone know any alternatives? an FTP would be nice, but i don't know the first thing about setting one up.

BJ -- looks great! I'm going to check it out right now... thanks a bunch...

(edit:)

A fantastic program, but unfortunately it doesn't preserve the formatting from a Word document, which we require. Too bad -- hopefully this could be fixed sometime during this beta testing...

Any other programs we could use?
