What kind of software would be easy and simple to use

Or should i say "Graphical editing software"?

For layout MSpublisher is the cats meow. It's easy intuitive and does exactly what you want. Basically it's the simple version of Adobe InDesign that anyone can figure out in about 10 minutes.
