Hi All,
I'm interested in getting a job teaching ESL in either Korea or China. I'm a secondary social studies teacher (by my BS degree) but I've recently earned an online TEFL certificate and am interested in starting out in ESL in the Far East. I was recently contacted by Footprints Recruiting via my Monster.com account.
My first question is if anyone else on here has used www.footprintsrecruiting.com or has any feedback on their service?
My second question is: Can anyone recommend a good ESL textbook for either young learners or beginners in English? My lesson plan repertoire is for social studies so I'm a newbie to ESL planning.
Thanks for any and all comments, I greatly appreciate it.

What material you'll want to use will depend upon what kind of institution you find yourself working in (and what country). You're really jumping the gun on that one.
At any rate, if you're qualified to teach social studies in your own country, why not teach it at an international school? |
