The had the Busan Rock Festival on Dadaepo Beach. That was the only time I ever went out there and it looked very nice. The area is very far from the city, I had to take the subway then take a bus to get out to the beach. The place seemed mostly industrial, I didn't see anything in terms of shopping or cinemas.
I'd consider this place more country than city...someone more familiar with the area might disagree.
Good luck! |

I lived near there
Nice beach, big tesco/homeplus not far from there,no foreigner bar but Hadan, which is a college area with many bars and so on, is a short busride away
It is far from downtown though...the previous poster is right....the nearest subway is about 10/15 minutes by bus and the subway stop is nr. 105 which is 7 stops from Nampodong, which is the closest downtown area....the downtown areas where the foreigners hang out is like 20 stops away^^
No cinema in the Dadaepo area...nampodong has the closest cinema... |
