I just recently had an interview with April English and out of the places ive had interviews they seem the most organizied. I was offered the job however I was wondering if an MOU is the same thing as a contract because if that is the case it seems to lack any details and would be hard to sign. Thanks for any help or advice |

I have no idea what an MOU is, but I can tell you, if you get a contract, make sure everything you are promised is written on it. Otherwise, you have no legal leg to stand on if they screw you. |

An MOU is a Memorandum Of Understanding...
Basically it is worth as much as toilet paper in Korea....they will just say it wasn't in the contract if things don't suit them.
get everything in writing and in a contract form before you sign anything... |
