| a good alternative (public tracker) is www.fulldls.com (or org, can't remember) Try it, it's a decent backup.... |

| I tried to visit demonoid via a proxy and no go. The site itself is likely down. Not a problem with it being blocked from Korea for whatever reason. |

Ah yes. Do a google news search on demonoid

You'll find it's moving its server from Canada to the Netherlands. As you say, the CRIA tried to take it down. |

demonoid is definitely gone ... but don't write them off ... they may resurface again.
eztv is still up (as far as i know) ... i downloaded family guy and simpsons from there this afternoon!  |

Their website is down, but their tracker is still up according to 6 hours ago.
Of course they'll be back. What do you think their daily maintenance was for?
If anything they may get a better deal on servers and open user registrations (prob not though since the invite system still exists on that tracker) |

torrents i was seeding from demonoid are down.
i know they backed up their site daily ... but if netherlands and canada are not safe, then sites like demonoid will be running out of options. |
