Dear teacher,
Can you help me with this question?
Ask questions according to the underlined part.
It was at six that I fell asleep.
Thank you!

It's not clear what you are looking for.
If you are supposed to formulate a question based on the fact that you fell asleep at 6 o'clock: What time did you fall asleep? would work.

Dear Puzzle,

If you have a second question about something you asked, please don't start a new thread. You have three threads on this subject now. I am deleting the third one because the question on this one is the same.

(and as Myprof said on your first thread, "What time was it when I fell asleep last night?" is fine)
