A second quake shook Indonesia today, a day after a magnitude 8.4 tremor rattled the same region.
The second powerful earthquake in as many days shook western Indonesia today, collapsing buildings in a ...
What is "in as many days?" It is only one day, I don't get it.

The second quake was a day after the first, so there were two quakes in as many days. (two days) |
