1. Are both of these correct?

a.
It is best to use...
It is the best to use...


b.
I have a question to you?
I have a question for you?


c.
Match the words with the definition.
Match the words with the definitions.

d.
healthy food / lifestyle
healthful food / lifestyle


2. Which one is correct?

a.
Who experiences dramatic changes in their body?
Who experience dramatic changes in their body?

b.
We will have a satisfactory year together.
We will have a satisfying year together.

I agree with My Prof that "I have a question for you" is the correct one. But you don't want the question mark, because you are stating something, not asking something. Your statement is that you have a question for the other person.
