Hello,
A:
1.'Here he comes!'
2.'There he comes!
Is there any difference between the two sentences in meaning?
-----
B:
1.'Here is the trouble!'
2.'There is the trouble!'
Is there any difference between the two sentences in meaning?

Thank you very much.

You would normally say, "Here he comes", as he comes towards you and "There he goes," as he moves away from you.
Here's the problem is something you might say to onlookers as you find a fault.
There's the problem is something you might say as you point it out to someone afterwards.
In fact they are more or less interchangeable.

Hello asterix,

Thank you very much for your answer. How about the sentence "There he comes!" Is it correct? Does it have the same meaning as "Here he comes!"

Thank you very much.

There he comes, is not what most people would say. If you want to use there, as someone comes towards you, you can say, "There he is!"
