My name is Rashid and I am a student from United Arab Emirates (UAE) studying electronic engineering last year, I and my teachers and friends are planning to go to New York City this February, so can anyone advice me with some good places to visit and related to engineering  ?????......

I went to NYC not a long time ago and I have some good places to recommend, but none is related to engineering. Do you want to hear about them?
