Which is corrct sentence?
a. How dare you do this to me?
b. How dare you to do this to me?
Does this mean completly same as "How could you do this to me?"

a is correct. And it is not quite the same.
How dare you do this to me? is a rhetorical question.
How could you do this to me? might be rhetorical but it might also expect an answer or explanation. |

I completely understand the usage I previously posted.
How dare you do this to me? or How could you do this to me?
Then, Which sentence is correct?
1. I dare you to jump off the building.
2. I dare you jump off the building. |
