"The low voters turnout in Japan is because we can't trust politicians, so that we don't want to go to vote."
Is this sentence acceptable?
I mean "We can't trust politicians, so we don't want to go to vote. This makes voters turnout in Japan low."
I think the usage of "because" and "so that" in the first sentence may be wrong.
Thank you in advance!!

I think the usage of "because" and "so that" in the first sentence may be wrong. Two changes should be made to that sentence; then it will be fine.
1...We say 'voter turnout', not "voters turnout".
2..."that" ahould be omitted.
The low voter turnout in Japan is because we can't trust politicians, so we don't want to (go to) vote. (you don't need "go to" but using it is not a big mistake)
Thank you in advance!!
