It's a matter of matching the verb to the related noun. The noun is a washing machine used for cleaning clothes. "B" go is for motion and grammatically does not match the process of cleaning laundry.
"C" do also does not match simply because it is incomplete. It sounds odd without the addition of "laundry" to make it a compound verb "do laundry". So "How do you do with a washing machine?" sounds odd. But "How do you do your laundry without a washing machine?" would work fine.
Only "manage" works because "your laundry" can be implied and left out.
