Here sentenses in the following are for your reference:
I'm not a native, nor am I a teacher.(inversion)
= I'm not a native, and neither am I a teacher.(inversion; because neither is a negative adverb, there is a conjunction and coming before it to join these two clauses together.)
= I'm not a native, and I'm not a teacher, either.
