1. Digital cameras do not use film. They record the images electronically (digitally). Old fashioned cameras used film, though, and we referred to it in the singular, film. All the fun and adventure of developing film and making prints is gone now that the cameras are digital.
2. I have three tigers, all of which like to wrestle me. I am lucky to have a head full of hair, most of which is a nice color of gray. My neighbors, some of whom I have met, like to drive their cars to work. The store is full of vegetables, none of which I want to buy. _________________ You live a new life for every new language you speak. -Czech proverb |

1. Last I heard you were getting engaged to Sandy. Means my most recent information was that you were going to ask Sandy to marry you, hence were going to get engaged.
Last I heard you were getting married to Sandy. Means my most recent information was that you were going to marry Sandy.
2. Use "as for," not "as of," for the meaning you want.
3. Use "could" for the meaning you want. _________________ You live a new life for every new language you speak. -Czech proverb |

Sorry, I wasn't clear enough with my question.
Should I use the "to" twice or once is enough? |

I think it's all right either way. Probably most people would use only one "to" if saying that sentence. _________________ You live a new life for every new language you speak. -Czech proverb |
