could you tell me this kind of usage is wrong or right?
1. some kids are so lost playing games in the bars that they forget the time to go back home.
we can say " be lost doing sth " or " be lost in sth"
2. it was wonderful, like a dream come true.
it is a kind of dream come true.
could you tell me the two predicates"come true" in the sentence are not plural. or these sentence is wrong. |

1. Either is fine.
2. Both expressions are correct as you have written them. A dream come true is a dream that has come true; it is commonly said that way. _________________ You live a new life for every new language you speak. -Czech proverb |
