"Government should ensure the right of all children to have an equal start in life"
Is it OK to change "of" to"for"?
Is "Government should ensure the right for all children to have an equal start in life" acceptable?
Thank you in advance!

Thank you for your reply, pinenut-san!
I confused it with the sentence pattern of "It is ・・・ for ・・・ to do".
