Not knowing whether to laugh or to cry about my physical class. This semester I took a physical class called gymnastics. Because I dont really like to exercise, so before choosing the physical class, I had asked my friends which is the easiest class to choose, they recommended the gymnastics. That is, when the day I entered the gym for class, I regretted immediately. The teacher asked us to warm up for twenty minutes, stretch is the basic of warm up, the splits is really make me feel uncomfortable, moreover, teacher asked us to do a headstand. The warm up has already made me exhausted. The main event is more difficult than this. We need to jump over the box horse, six layers of the box horse. And, we need to roll across the box horse. From the semester begun until now, I got hurt badly. My knees were swollen because it bumped into my head when I was jumping over the box horse. I sprained my neck because of the wrong ways to across the box horses. However, though I got hurt and felt regret to take this lesson, I still insist on finishing the class, I just dont want to give up because of the harm. And, I learn a lot from the class, I would like to face the challenge of the obstacles I met, and I know that if I practice more, I can do the things that I thought I cant do it before. I will try my best to finish the course and take more attention what the teacher says to avoid getting hurt. Maybe I will fall in love in gymnastics finally. There is a saying goes, no pain, no gain. Cheer up.
