The answer to the question is A. I chose the answer D. Is D a correct answer? Why?

Try subsitiuting 'a person' for 'a brand'...

'He must be a person from Europe.' and 'He must be a European person.'

Would you have chosen...

'He must be a person of Europe.'...as the correct answer?
