hello Teachers,

the task is to put the verbs in brackets into a correct tense. I've tried to do it and would like to know if did it correctly.

A. Last summer I 1).......... (visit) the United States. I 2) .......... (look forward) to the trip for ages, and I 3) ............. (enjoy) myself very much.

my guesses:
1) visited
2) had been looking forward
3) enjoyed

B. This time next week I 1) .......... (be) on my honeymoon and I 2) ....... (forget) about all problems at work. My husband and I 3) .......... (relax) by the pool and we 4) ......... (look forward) to spending a romantic evenings together.

for me:
1) will be being
2) will forget
3) will relax
4) are looking forward

C. Peter 1) ..... (drive) to work yesterday when a dog 2)....... (run) into the middle of the road. Peter 3) ............ (manage) to stop in time but the car which 4) .......... (follow) behind him 5) ....... (crash) into the back of his car. Then the two cars 6) ........ (collide) with a police car which 7) ....... (travel) in the opposite direction.

for me:
1) was driving
2) ran
3) managed
4) was following
5) crashed
6) collided
7) was travelling

Thanks for any help Smile

A. is correct.

B. 1) will be
N.B. It may be a typo, but 4. should read, we are looking forward to spending a romantic evening together OR ...romantic evenings together

C. Is correct.
