Which sentence is correct? or both of them is OK? Question
1. I spent 3 hours looking for my glasses.
2. I have been looking for my glasses for 3 hours.

They are both okay. However, if you say number 2, it sounds like you are still looking for your glasses, and that you started 3 hours ago. If you say number 1, I only know you spent 3 hours looking, but I don't know exactly when you were looking.
