'He could bear it no more.'
I've learned that 'no more' is used with nouns. So I think the above sentence has to be changed like this.
1. He couldn't bear it any more.
2. He couldn't bear it any longer.
3. He no longer could bear it.
What's your opinion? |

| All of your examples are correct, including "He could bear it no more." "No more" refers to the pronoun "it." |
