Which setence is correct ? or more useful in daily conversation?
Help me, please!!! Thank you!

(A) How did you fly here,dircetly or by way of other countries?

(B) How did you get to here? non-stop flight? or you had to stop at
other countries and change flight?

(C) How did you get here? Direct flight or indirect flight?

(D) How did you get here? Direct flight or indirect flight via other
countries?

All of your sentences - with a little modification - would work. However the most natural sentence would probably be;

"Did you fly directly, or did you have to change flights?"

This way you leave the question 'open', which allows the respondent to give you more information.

"My flight was direct"
"I had to change planes in Dubai"
"I had a direct flight to Beijing, and then took an internal flight on to Taiyuan"
