There is a 'sticky' at the top of the 'Learning English' Forum with some good advice on the subject.

If you have some good ideas, feel free to add to the discussion. Philo

Learn from your mistakes.

Good luck,

my college teachers always say that :please read more, listen more.
And I think the statement practice makes prefect is quite true.
For ESL students, trying to imitate of native speaker is a effective way to improve your english

I too think that imitating native speakers can help students, especially if they are beginner or intermediate students.

Good luck,

Try learning english thru' quotations with your friends, classmates or family members to make the conversation more fun, interesting and easy to learn!

Try to visit this site:

http://www.CompellingConversations.com
http://www.esl-book.com
http://www.tefl.net/esl-articles/tutoring-adults.htm

An excellent site with highly recommended books, but this time there is a need to focus LESS on FLUENCY and more on ACCURACY!!!!!

Charlz here.. Razz
