Someone said that #1 is the same meaning as #4.
1.Is it true?
2.Then, can I replace it with #2 or #3 as the same meaning?

These all mean the same thing. As far as modern use, or what a native speaker would say, #4 is the best. After that, #3 would probably be the next best.
The others are outdated, or not used in American English.
