Q:Can we use before yesterday?
I was at the mountain before yesterday.

2.I was at the mountain on the day before yesterday?

Q:Can we put on in the sentence? Any particular meaning if we put on here.

Technically, yes. In real life, however, it makes it sound as if your memory is so fuzzy that all you know is that you were definitely at the mountain, but have absolutely no idea when you were there other than the fact you're pretty sure it was more than twenty-four hours ago. Sounds like somebody has a serious hangover.
