Hello everyone,

I like sharing what I know about learning English and I hope that you can help me too.

I find it really helpful to do use things that you enjoy to learn with.

That's why I listen to ESL podcasts which are like online mp3 radio shows.

My favourite one is www.china232.com. They are funny and teach good slang and spoken English.

They also have business English Podcast www.china232.com/business_english

You should have a look and its free. What do you use? Any good ideas?

Thanks Very Happy

I have discovered that one sure way of learning English in a fun and easy way is through playing word games such as the traditional crossword puzzles, scrabble and word searches. But since we already have our technology today, we can chose to download more fun and interactive word games from different websites. Playing word games improves your vocabulary (the most basic thing in learning English language). You can visit this site for cool links on word games available in the net: http://www.increasevocabulary.net/play-vocabulary-games.html

One of the most fun word games I've played online is Word Twist, which is an application on Facebook.

It's a simple anagram game where you play against other opponents, and each round of the game is against the clock also.

ps - also, my own website aims to make learning English fun with various comics, games, puzzles, riddles, jokes and quizzes.

Listen to English songs and translate the lyrics.

Read comics in English. (The pictures help your brain contextualise the vocabulary.)

Watch English TV shows for kids.

Play computer games in English. (The repetition of certain words really helps you remember them.)
