Are both (by/with) in the parentheses in the following OK? -------- the following ------------------- A : Hello, may I speak to Jim Stewart? B : There is no one (by/with) that name.

I have actually heard both, but by is much more common in my opinion. Also, we usually stick here in there: "There is no one here by that name." Greg
