I'm not french, but I'm going to try to help you.

French culture is very very very vast and also interesting, They give a big importance to arts and they have had many good painters, such as Claude Monet, Renoir and others...

I'm linking you to wikipedia so you can read more about France. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/France

Good luck!

France is a very beautiful country and it's the largest in Europe.
The capital city is Paris. Everybody wants to see the Eiffel Tower which is 324 metres high. There are a lot of museums such as "Le Louvre" and Grevin Museum. Tourists can walk along the Seine river. France is divided into 26 regions ( ours : poitou charente ) and 120 departements ( ours : charente maritime ) in the North, it's rainy and cold : it's sad but pleople are friendly. But the South, it's hot and sunny. Our favourite beaches are located on the mediterranean sea. We live near the Atlantic Ocean and we have pleasant beaches. There are mountains in the South ( The Pyrnes ), in the centre ( The massif central ), and in the east ( the alps with the Mont Blanc ). France is famous for its cuisine. The typical food is composed of cheese(such as the Normandy camembert), mussels and oysters (grown up in our region), snails(with some garlic and butter: delicious !) and frogs legs .
The offocial language is French but we have several regional languages called Breton (in Brittany , Basque in the pays basque (south ) , Corse ( on Corsica Island ) , Alsation near the German border ) .
