- When I`m not working, I sleep/I`m sleeping/both?

- What are you doing/do you do/both? in your free time.

-Now I`m back in London and I enjoy/am enjoying/ both? it a lot.

When I'm not working I'm sleeping sounds better to me because of the consistency of the tenses. When I'm not working I sleep, also works.

"What do you do in your spare time?", sounds much better.

Now, I'm back in London and I'm enjoying it a lot sounds better to me.
The tenses are consistent.
